Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, you have 60 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition as received—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Final sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

Once your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Exchanges

To get a different item, return the one you have, and once your return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item.

Return Fees

  • Domestic returns have a $6 return shipping fee, unless you opt for store credit.
  • Rewards members can return items free of charge.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about approval or rejection.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
  • Refunds are issued in the same currency as the original purchase.
